These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the ApexStint mobile application and website (“ApexStint”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By downloading, installing, or using ApexStint, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the ApexStint app or website, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app. All content, trademarks, and intellectual property related to the app (other than third-party trademarks referenced for informational purposes) are owned by the developer of ApexStint.

2. App Changes and Service Availability

We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the app or its services at any time without prior notice. You will not be charged for any features or services unless explicitly stated in the App Store or Google Play listing or within the app.

3. Device Responsibility and Security

You are responsible for the security of your device when using ApexStint. Using a jailbroken or rooted device may affect app performance and security. We are not liable for any issues that arise due to such modifications.

4. Privacy and Data Collection

ApexStint does not collect personally identifiable information from users. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we handle data, including through third-party services like BugSnag (crash reporting) and PostHog (anonymous analytics).

5. Third-Party Services

ApexStint integrates with third-party tools (for example, BugSnag for crash reporting and PostHog for anonymous analytics) to improve app performance. You are responsible for any data charges incurred while using the app.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide a reliable experience, ApexStint is provided “as is” without any guarantees. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app, including but not limited to missed session times or reliance on displayed standings or results.

7. No Official Affiliation

ApexStint is an independently developed fan app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Formula 1®, the FIA, or any of their partners. All trademarks, logos, and content referenced remain the property of their respective owners. Driver names, images, or likenesses used within the app are for informational and fan purposes only and do not imply endorsement.

8. App Updates and Termination

You are responsible for keeping the app updated to ensure optimal performance. We reserve the right to terminate access to the app at any time. If the app is discontinued, you must stop using it and uninstall it from your device.
